Fun Fact: Chinese Cresteds actually originated in Africa. Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen (sometimes shortened to PBGV) are small, low to the ground and the length of body (measured from point of shoulder to point of buttock) exceeds the height at withers at a ratio of approximately 7:5. The Australian cattle dog was developed using cattle drovers and dingoes, and is a breed that needs a lot of activity. Bred as work dogs, they actually need a daily challenge to keep them happy.
